The purpose of this website is to provide an avenue for you to ‘Speak up’ when things don’t feel quite right.
The ‘Speak up’ Platform is Bank First’s Independent Complaints Management Service, run by Stopline, in addition to our Whistleblowing service.
You are encouraged to make reports of any unlawful or unacceptable behaviours that you become aware of at the workplace to your direct manager, or People and Culture.
However we understand that sometimes that this is hard to do, and if you don’t feel you can raise it directly, that is why we have partnered with Stopline to provide our Speak Up hotline.
Unacceptable and unlawful behaviours have no place in our culture at Bank First.
You are encouraged to be a part of the prevention and resolution through the elimination of wrongdoing and misconduct.

Stopline, provides a confidential, independent provider of whistleblowing and complaints handling services who will take full details of your concerns via telephone, mail, email or this website. It is also important to remember our program enables individuals to maintain anonymity should they so desire. Stopline is available to all Bank First team members, contractors or designated stakeholders 24/7, and translation services can be provided where required.
