The Bank First Whistleblower Hotline is an independent service run by Stopline that gives you the opportunity to report Whistleblowing disclosures. If you’re unsure about what constitutes a disclosure of this nature, please refer to our Bank First Whistleblower Policy on this website.
The Speak Up Hotline
The Speak Up hotline is an independent service in addition to our Whistleblower service that enables our teams and stakeholders to be able to report misconduct and other workplace issues – where they feel they cannot raise them directly with their direct manager or their leader (anonymously if you wish). Examples of what matters you may report using the Speak Up service include but are not limited to:
- Reports of Bullying, Discrimination or Sexual Harassment;
- Any other suspected Standard or Policy breaches;
- Unacceptable behaviour; or
- Workplace safety hazards.
For both Speak Up and Whistleblowing reports, the Stopline service includes:
- Dedicated hotline number, website, mail and email address for employees, contractors and other stakeholders to report suspected incidents of improper conduct.
- Expert forensic investigators taking the calls and analysing disclosures.
- Timely reporting of incidents to dedicated representatives within Bank First.
